Overview
MeraTM offers professional services including trademark filing, GST registration, company incorporation, compliance filings, and other legal and CA-related services. Due to the nature of these services — which involve immediate allocation of professional time, third-party filings, and government fees — our refund policy is subject to specific conditions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation of a service under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official website or email within 24 hours of placing the order, before any work has commenced.
- Once the service has been initiated — including document preparation, government filing, or professional consultation — cancellation may not be possible or may attract a partial deduction.
- Services already filed with government authorities or regulatory bodies cannot be cancelled once submitted.
- Cancellations due to the user's failure to provide required documents or information in a timely manner will not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government fees, statutory fees, and filing charges paid to regulatory authorities (e.g. MCA, IP India, GST portal, Income Tax Department)
- Charges for services already rendered or completed in full
- Professional consultation fees once the consultation has taken place
- Fees for services where work has been substantially completed or documents have been prepared
- Any charges for additional services or expedited processing requested by the user
- Amounts paid for third-party tools, software, or platforms used in delivering the service
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced
- MeraTM is unable to deliver the promised service due to reasons solely attributable to us
- Duplicate payment was made by the user for the same service
- The service was not initiated despite sufficient time and complete documentation provided by the user
Refund Schedule
The amount of refund depends on the stage at which the cancellation is made:

Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the following process will apply:
Submit Request
Contact us through our official website or support channels with your order ID, payment details, and reason for refund.
Review & Verification
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and verify the stage of work completed.
Approval Notification
You will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or partial approval of your refund request.
Refund Credit
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days of approval.
Government Fees
Many services offered by MeraTM involve mandatory government fees payable to statutory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), IP India, GST Department, Income Tax Department, and others.
MeraTM is not responsible for rejection, delays, or adverse outcomes caused by government departments or regulatory authorities. In such cases, refund of government fees is not possible.
Service Failure by MeraTM
In the rare event that MeraTM is unable to deliver a service due to reasons entirely within our control, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- A full or partial refund of the professional fee component (excluding government fees)
- An alternative service of equivalent value, subject to mutual agreement
- Re-performance of the service at no additional charge
Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding cancellations, refunds, or service delivery, users are encouraged to first contact MeraTM's support team to resolve the matter amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the governing laws of India and the jurisdiction of competent courts as specified in our Terms & Conditions.
Changes to This Policy
MeraTM reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
